Anthony Bourdain, you either love him or hate him. I think it's great - like a chef and personality wise. If you do not know him, flip on the Travel Channel and watch an episode or two of No Reservations. He has a ball-busting kind of guy who does not give a fuck what you think it will give you the right. I read his book, Kitchen Confidential, for a second time (this is a great read, but mostly I could not t figure out what else I wanted to take the Barnes & Noble at a quick stop).The book discusses his past and what led to food, and then goes into what he saw and learned throughout his 25 years in the industry. It is very interesting and it is written as if Bourdain sits beside you in a bar, telling you his stories a few beers. There is a chapter that I wanted to share, granted you may never want to eat out after you've read ... We can not say I did not warn you....
