International award for 'Out of the Wild'

Medical equipment manufacturer and developer of drugs Derma Sciences Inc. said Tuesday it obtained the worldwide rights and Medihoney wound care products from Comvita New Zealand Ltd for an undisclosed amount.

Derma Sciences said the agreement "in triple" the market potential of Medihoney. It currently holds rights in North America and South America, representing approximately one third of the market and the transaction will give rights to the remainder Derma.
