The best answer I have is to do a search on a site like pricegrabber.com If you are a student and can prove that to Apple you can get a price break. But for the most part the prices are not going to be that different because there is only one supplier

This will be a formidable machine - faster than my Dell laptop (Latitude D430) and far more portable and easier to use, thanks to its compact design and light weight and ability to stay cool and calm. It also looks much better for household and personal! Ironically, I first got this over a laptop because I thought it would be more cost effective to get a netbook solid update in a few years rather than continue to invest in machinery-3K which have become obsolete in a few months.
