I would like to buy some adjustable ice skates for my niece who is turning 1. Can any recommend a good store in the GTA where I can make this purchase? Also are there any good models/brands I should be looking for? Roughly how long will the skates
As cliche as this sounds, try Canadian Tire. They have a decent selection and are getting newer models as we speak. Another great store is Sports Check. Or try the smaller stores, they might have sizes that small.

Not much changed on Tuesday. The day was mixed clouds and sun and remained low in the 20s.

Students braved the cold and put on their skates as they took the AT & T Raleigh Winterfest Ice Rink Wednesday night for skating.
Some cling to the outer wall and a few held the hand of a friend, but overall, most were able to skate without spending too much time on the field.
Leader of the Pack Nicole Machado, a junior in the textile industry, has decided to join his comrades at the rink downtown.
"I'm just out to enjoy free ice skating and we hope to meet people," said Machado.
Although staff Winterfest Short sizes popular ice skating, students still queue for their chance to hit the ice.
