When I shave with a razor i get red irritated skin on my neck. Also when I shave I do not get a close shave at all and when I run my hands over my skin it feels like i still need to shave cause its not smooth skin. I shave twice a day doesn't help with
Try using a more expensive razor one with at least 3 blades for a close shave. Also after shaving try applying a cream called bikini zone. (its for women who shave their private parts but my boyfriend uses it on his face because he gets really irritated

I really wanted this shaver. I have been shaving since 1955, and had all of a Eversharp Schick electric razor blade in Norelco two rotors first was a Panasonic wet / dry (which looks like a vacuum cleaner with more one). My most recent electric was purchased 20 years ago, and it is a Braun which is all I can look at this Norelco 1150....
